SoulVowAI is a relationship service project of THTY TRADING AND SERVICES LTD, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. No. HE491864, VAT No. CY60354438D; registered address: Evangelou Floraki 50, House 3, 8560 Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus; tel. +357 95 955666). The service helps adults who are serious about a long-term relationship or marriage to understand themselves, present an honest profile, and start conversations with people whose stated intentions may fit their own.
Eligibility
The service is for adults aged 18 or over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that appear to involve minors or that violate these terms.
Love Blueprint and personality reflection
The personality reflection uses public-domain IPIP Big-Five Factor Markers and published scoring rules. It describes self-reported tendencies; it is not a clinical diagnosis, verified identity assessment, compatibility score, or guarantee of a relationship outcome.
Membership service
Registered members may verify their email, save a profile, upload photos, submit a profile for review, view compatible members, like and match with each other, and exchange messages after a mutual match. Approved profiles are shown to signed-in members whose stated preferences may fit. This does not guarantee suitability, identity, marital status or a relationship outcome.
You must use your own photo, provide accurate information and avoid nudity, solicitation, contact details in profiles, harassment and illegal content. We review photos automatically and manually, and we may reject or remove content that violates these rules. You may make your profile private again, block other members and report content at any time. Reports are reviewed and may lead to content removal or account closure.
Premium subscription
SoulVow Premium is an optional monthly subscription for €9.90 per month. It increases your daily discovery, like and message allowances, shows fuller details of people who liked you, and unlocks advanced filters and richer compatibility explanations. Free membership remains a complete service: registration, profile, photos, review, basic recommendations, mutual matches, replying after a match, blocking, reporting, privacy controls and account deletion are never paywalled. Premium does not guarantee a match, a reply, a meeting or a relationship, and it never shows anyone's private information.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time; Premium then continues until the end of the current billing period and your account returns to Free. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice.
Refunds and withdrawal right
Under EU consumer law you may normally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because Premium is a digital service delivered immediately when you subscribe, you expressly agree that the service starts right away and that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right once the subscription begins. If you believe you were charged in error, or a payment was taken without a service being provided, contact us and we will review it. See the refund policy for details.
Conduct and content
Do not post nudity or sexual content, solicit, harass, impersonate others, attempt fraud, or share others' private information. We may remove content and close accounts that breach these rules, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service as it is and do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or behaviour of any member, nor any particular outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
